Prismatic Evolutions 2-Pack Blister Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada. Employees of Poke Zone, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. No purchase necessary.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on March 8, 2025, and ends on March 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @pokezonecards on Instagram & Facebook

  • Like the official giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook

  • Share the post to their story and tag @pokezonecards

  • Tag THREE friends in the comments

4. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected by April 4, 2025.

  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook (@pokezonecards), or via email (hello@pokezone.ca).

  • The winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

  • The winner's first name and province will be publicly announced on this giveaway's page on our website at pokezone.ca/pages/pe03-giveaway.

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) Prismatic Evolutions 2-Pack Blister (MSRP $14.99 CAD).

  • Prize will be shipped for free within Canada at Poke Zone’s discretion.

  • No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers will be permitted.

6. General Conditions

  • Poke Zone reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures impact its integrity.

  • The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or The Pokémon Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Poke Zone from any claims arising from the giveaway, including but not limited to lost or misdirected entries, technical errors, or prize fulfillment.
